RushLoop ("we", "us", or "our") operates the RushLoop arcade game application. This Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using RushLoop, you agree to the practices described here.
- Account data: Your email address and display name when you create an account or sign in with a provider like Google.
- Game progress: Your scores, coins, unlocked items, streaks, achievements, and Season Pass progress, stored locally on your device and on our servers when you submit scores to the leaderboard.
- Purchase records: When you buy coins, themes, characters, or a Season Pass, we record the product, amount, and transaction status to fulfill and support your purchase.
- Usage data: Aggregated, non-identifying analytics such as which features are used most, to help us improve the game.
- To operate the game, sync your progress across sessions, and display your name and score on the global leaderboard.
- To process in-app purchases and grant the items you bought.
- To send purchase confirmations and support responses when you contact us.
- To detect abuse, fraud, and unauthorized access.
Checkout and payment processing are handled by our payment provider (Base44 Payments). We never receive or store your full card details — those are entered directly on the provider's secure checkout page. We only receive a transaction reference and the buyer email so we can fulfill your order.
We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with service providers who help us run the game (e.g., payment processing, hosting, email delivery) under agreements that restrict how they use it, or when required by law.
Game progress stored locally on your device remains until you clear browser or app storage. Account and purchase records are kept for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service and comply with legal obligations.

- You can avoid sharing data by playing without creating an account, though some features (leaderboard, cross-device sync, purchases) require one.
RushLoop is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from them. If you believe a child has provided us personal data, contact us and we will delete it.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of RushLoop after a change means you accept the revised policy.
